This follows the January sale of an adjacent 10-acre property to Richmond American Homes for $15.4 million. Tri Pointe Homes and Richmond American Homes have big plans for the newly purchased land. Tri Pointe Homes will be developing a 131-lot subdivision on their 19.2-acre site, while Richmond American Homes plans to build a 76-lot community on their 10-acre plot.
